In order to offer a 2 year guarantee, we would need to pre-clean lichen, moss, and detritus from the roof using 900psi water and our chemical treatment using a blend of water, sodium Hypochlorite and biocide.

Plant Wash when used during the Softwashing application will ensure that we don’t damage plants and grass.

- Adds back vital nutrients at the base of the plants, helping beneficial bacteria to repopulate the soil.
Along with thorough rinsing with clean water, before, during and after the cleaning, Plant Wash is used as a final rinse to make absolutely sure every step has been taken to protect your landscape.
If you approve a quote that offers Plant Wash we will guarantee your plants for 90 days. So if anything happens we will replace affected plants, landscape, etc (Max value of £1500.00)
We have two options for you:
- We can bag it up and leave it for you to dispose of.
- We arrange a waste bag (hippo or similar) for a small extra fee.
Unlike some roof cleaning companies that would stand on the roof tiles and use 3500psi pressure to clean, we use our own cherry picker that’s on the back of a van or a tower scaffold.
As long as we can park a large van on your driveway we can use the cherry picker which is the safest option.
